Jaspers Brasserie creative cook and part owner, Phil makes his own special marinade for his warm chicken salad dressed with his tasty Avocado and Garlic dressing which he also makes.
Other specialties include his Gourmet Burger dressed with his own Lime and Coriander dressing, or Traditional dutch croquettes, a beef ragout, crumbed and deep fried, perfect with french or dijon mustard.
Jaspers Brasserie also serves up the finest Lavazza coffee in the northern area and has a reputation for consistently serving up the tastiest coffee's around.
