JAX Tyres Ipswich West

Went in looking to swap over my old rims with new ones that I supplied. Ask the question to someone I assumed new what the were talking about if the would fit and be legal was told yes no drama . So went ahead with getting them swapped now my wheels scrub when I turn into streets or driveways. Called up to see would could be done told would cost the same amount to swap them back over because I supplied the rims( very abruptly). You would think that the person I spoke to about doing the job would have said the might rub for some reason .

I've gone to Jax West Ipswich a couple of times now. Initially it was for tyres but found out they do mechanical as well (shocks etc). The customer service has always been terrific and they go out of their way to explain everything, whether it's mechanics or cost. And I'll be honest here - I go there because they're cheaper than anyone else. The fact that they have exceptional customer service is just another perk...

I didn't actually buy tyres from Jax Quickfit Tyres Ipswich, however, I would like to comment on their excellent customer service. I called the office in Ipswich and a nice wonderful man (wish I knew his name) helped me with my enquiries. He took the time to actually ask me what brand I was after and how much I wanted to spend. He also gave me some advice about shopping for tyres as a female as he was worried I could get ripped off by other 'big' companies. Unfortunately, he couldn't price match on a tyre I found elsewhere, but he told me that it was a great price for a great tyre and he recommended I buy them. All-in-all a genuine 'country service' feel franchise.
