On the 17th March 2021 I went in to get the aircon gas done as it was on special.
I told them that I am unaware of the condition of the system, so if we can vacuum test it and if ok to gas it up. after waiting an hour and a bit (I presume for the vac test), I hear a screeching noise. I dropped of my Ute to have a puncture repair and wheel rotation, only two wheels one the same side were swapped (I put discreet marks in perm pen on rims) and after dealing with a slow leak from the punctured tire for 4 weeks I took it to another shop only to discover that it had never been repaired.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I will have to broadly respond to you as your user name is anonymous and it was only registered days ago and plus we have no records of a Utility with just a rotation & puncture repair performed within the last month.
Firstly, if this is correct, please call the owner Dean on 38558322 as you're well entitled to a refund if work has not been performed.
Secondly, again without knowing your real name and actual vehicle, rotation of tyres are performed in various methods (please Google this too to verify). ...read more
Usually I don't write reviews but this time I will.
When I used to live in Sydney I would always use Jax Tyres in Kensington and never had problems. So when I moved to Brisbane I went straight to their branch in Mitchelton. Just for a minor service on my car.
First complain is that my tyres were pumped to 40 psi, which might be the maximum recommended for the brand of tyres I am using but it is not what recommended for the vehicle. This in turn increases wearing off middle section of the tyres and increases the chances of tyre blow up when driving long distances. Hi Naz7, without knowing your correct name I cannot review your Inspection Report. I also cannot check your vehicle and tyre size to confirm tyre pressures and rotor life. I would broadly suggest the rotors are more about the application of brakes (usage) rather than the year model. Punctured my tyre badly on the way to work. My wife dropped the tyre off at Jax and I dropped in the afternoon to sort everything out. They were very helpful with fast service and did exactly what I knew should have been done in regards to tyres, so they will get my business again.
