My first visit to jax has been awesome, sure there is a bit of wait but I already expect it. I'd rather they take their time to carefully do their job rather than make it real quick with a chance of missing something in my car which can jeopardize my safety in driving. All the staff I have spoken with has been very friendly and courteous. The waiting room is tidy and clean enough. Great Service definately will return again.
do you work there, because i had a completely different experience. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.
price was not bad, when I rung, the staff on the phone sound like they knew what they were talking about and took their recommendation. Upon arrival, the services was the worst, hardly anyone at the counter, glue drip everywhere on the wheels and rims, scratched one of the rim, told it would only be 45mins, ended being 2.5 hours
they put the car on the hoist and just left the car hanging there and went to lunch, didn't even taking the wheel off
never going back again
Rang around for a few quotes on some new tyres, as my local mechanic had told me mine on the front are to small and causing my rim to buckle, his advice was to replace the tyre then go back to them to sort the buckle.
Upon calling jaxquickfit I was greeted happily over the phone and given a quote well, well under what my local place had quoted me.
So I booked in with them, concerned over my buckle I had asked them to check it out.
They got me out there to have a look for myself, they checked all four wheels for me, much to my surprise no buckle....
It took them 40 minutes to finish with my car, and ended up charging me less then expected, and genuinely cared when my concerns were raised.
These guys will be my new regular mechanics absolute surety in quality work.
Cannot recommend enough
I heard Cameron McConville (V8 racing driver) on the radio promoting this business (his family business). He offered listeners a discount if buying 4 new tyres as as I needed 4 new tyres, I decided to take up his offer. I rang to book my car in and actually spoke to Cameron who took me through the tyre options and made some very helpful suggestions. In the end, I accepted his recommendation as to which tyre to fit, and arranged a time the following Monday to have them fitted. I arrived at the agreed time, I didn't wait at all, and the job was done well and quickly (a little over an hour including wheel alignment). The upshot is that I am very satisfied with the service and their customer oriented attitude. Cameron arrived just as my car was being finished and introduced himself to me as the person I had spoken to on the phone.
