Terrible service from one of my favourite retail chains. Waited at the counter to be served for 5 mins, only to be served after I turn around and look at one of the girls who is behind me ( who had been there the whole time) straightening up a rack. She then proceeded to be rude and short with me, making it known that I had interrupted her. Then to add to the bad experience, two of the items I picked off a sale rack weren't actually on sale, and when I mentioned it to this girl, she ignored me and just gave me a dirty look. Very disappointed.

Jess- The Manager was very helpful. She helped me find the perfect dress for my function.
