I don't generally go into clothing retailers like Jay Jays as I tend to associate its fashion with teenagers/ youth (I am over 30)..However, the day I visited this store - I initially walked past and did my normal nonchalance glance only to realise about 10 steps later that a number of outfits had caught my eye...so I scurried back.

In the store, I was quickly greeted by an enthusiastic (but overly so) customer service representative - who proceeded to spend the next 20 -30 minutes helping me try on different outfits and recommending appropriate alternatives when they didn't fit or suit my preference. She was witty, respectful and competent - I walked out with $200 worth of goodies which besides being good quality clothing I credit to the excellent experience she provided. unsurprisingly she turned out to be the store manager - but still a 5 star experience!
