I have to balance out the only review Jay had on your site.
Jay has painted many houses at Halcyon Landing and everyone has high praise for the finished product.
We found Jay to be cooperative, flexible and caring. Not only was he passionate about the end product, he used two coats of a superior Architectural coating for our Hebel exterior; Granosite, after washing the exterior with a superior detergent. We have a high set house, and he kept going up and down the ladder to get on our verandah, so he did not come through the house.
Yes, you will have to wait as he has so many of our Halcyon houses in the pipeline, but if timing is not an issue, just wait, as he was a little over half the price of another quote we were given, and as I said, the house looks a treat after he has finished. Thanks Jay!
Dishonest, unreliable and no regard for how him not turning up to do a job affects others!
Booked months in advance and he never turned up to do the initial inspection. Called and called and he didn't answer. When I called from a different phone and he picked up.
