One of the worst customer service experience I ever had. On Sunday I bought a 4 Wheel Drive Motor Chassis Robotics Kit (CAT.NO: KR3162) (My invoice number is 1003593). I can provide that to anyone if needed. I was not sure if that is going to fit for my son's robotics project from Cranbourne store. So I asked the sales person if this doesn't fit well for my son's project can I return and get a refund. The sales person checked it and said that this item is refundable within 7 days and he also said we could return to any Jaycar stores. On Thursday (5 days later) I went to return this item to the Hallam Store. In that store, a person called STEVE (told me that he is the manager, not sure about that) said he would not refund this item. I said I have double checked from their 1800 022 888 number and made sure that this item is eligible for a refund if it is returned within 7 days. But he refused.
