Look Good ... Feel Good ... Stay GoodPersonal training is all about making significant changes to the way you feel, the way you think, what you eat, the life you live, and your appearance to others. I can make sure that all of these changes are noticeably progressive to you, and that you always feels very positive and comfortable about the changes you are making.
My personal training program is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. I have a range of clientele, from everyday individuals to individuals with special needs, such as injuries and disabilities. Whoever you are, I can help you get into your best physical shape.
I do my personal training in Sydney's North Shore Area.
My personal training services are available 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), from 6am to 8pm.
Personal training can be done at your home (depending on the training program and the available facilities), at one of the local gyms that I use (which is included in the personal training program), or a local park. A couple of my clients also choose to train at Centennial Park in the city, as this is one of the most pleasant training venues.
After your initial consultation, I will design One Customised Personal Training and Health Program to suit your specific needs, as well as your desired outcomes. This program will include any or all of the following components:
Weight Management
Nutrition
Cardiovascular Exercise
