Appalling rude, the first attempt at fitting our door was by A very rude and angry man, who was asked to leave when someone else came back the wrong door was fitted and not the one we had earlier ordered and paid for up front. This all came after a shower screen we ordered arrived wrong as well. There is no consistency and the response to all complaints has been hap hazard with an intent to blame us the purchases, unfortunately I would never recommend others shop here unless they enjoy inadequate service and rudeness not really value for money
Terrible service, I brought in a damaged fly screen to jayee screens in March to be replaced, which fitted my window perfectly but was cracked. Collected the new screen several weeks later. Got it home and it didn't fit. Drove out to their store in ferntree gully and dropped it off to be fixed. Picked it up several weeks later, got it home and it didn't fit again! Made my 5th trip out to ferntree gully to drop it off. This time providing a drawing of the dimensions of the window. Fast forward to September and still no fly screen. I must have left 7-8 messages with their receptionist and was promised their manager John would call me back...he never did. I sent emails, none of which were responded to. I ended up asking for a refund, which I got. Never thought one $35
I had a woeful experience with this business. I had to ring them twice and email them twice before anyone bothered to respond. The attitude of the person on the other end of the telephone was appallingly rude. I felt as if I were a complete bother to them, which was absurd given that I was calling to see what had happened to my doors. Jayee said they'd be ready in three weeks and when this time had come and gone, I thought I'd better see what was going on. Never again will I deal with these people.
