Horrible experience and grooming is grossly over priced!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star
I booked my Aussie shepherd in for a deshed and within an hour they had called me to tell me she’s finished. When I came to pick her up she was still wet, she had knots behind her ears, sleep still in her eyes, they apparently scissor finished her which looks like they just butchered her with scissors. Her undercoat on her back of the legs was still incredibly thick and lots of hair coming out, they did not trim her nails or tidy up her paw pads.
When I said she was still wet, they tried to say it was the cologne but unless they soaked her undercoat in Cologne she was still wet from the bath. I have taken my collie to Jazari for years now, beginning when she and I learned skills at Puppy Pre School! She has not boarded in the kennels, but I observe that the surrounding areas always appear to be spotless and very tidy. My dog receives regular grooming and I have found all of the staff to be very professional and helpful. They genuinely love what they do. My dog and I always leave very happy.
Lost our booking and had to produce a confirmation email. The lady at reception couldn't fill out the paperwork correctly so we did it. Asked if we paid a deposit. We did. Asked what rate was quoted. $50 a day. Didn' ask for first names or the pet's name. The saving grace was the handler. Really friendly and nice. We left bemused.

I would recommend sending your beloved pets to Jazari pet resort for a holiday! We have had our two dogs stay there many times and they have always been professional and kind to my pups. They get regular exercise, attention 24/7 and always are stress free and happy when we pick them up. They also feed them the perfect amount and make sure they eat at the correct time! They offer a washing and grooming service also which I can’t recommend enough - our dogs always come home fresh and smelling wonderful! Thanks so much Jazari, your staff are always lovely and I just love the feeling of dropping my pups of with true animal lovers! ????
Jazari Pet Resort is excellent! The staff are friendly and pleasant to deal with. The staff genuinely love animals. My dog was very happy to go here on a few occasions now. Always comes home happy. They care for them so well. The facilities are always clean and well presented. I take my dog here for regular grooming, and she loves it and smells amazing afterwards. I have no hesitation in sending my baby here when I need to. Highly recommend.
