Jb Hi-fi

Bought about $50 worth of DVDs and paid extra for 3-4 days delivery as socially isolating due to age and poor health. This company uses TOLL couriers who did not deliver within time period and when contacted did not deliver when they said they would. I also waited 40 mins for Toll to answer the call. Toll then took the package to a 7/11 store several suburbs away for me to pick up. I may as well have gone into the store. Appalling customer service from JB Hifi who were not interested. They did not consider it their problem. Dont pay the extra for quick delivery. When i asked JB Hifi why they did not Austrlia Post they would not answer. I will not buy from this company online again.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the shop has a pretty good layout. There are always some great specials near the checkout too!!

I rolled into this JB Hi Fi store last Sunday with gift card I have been saving for a rainy day and was super heppy to find out the video game I purchased was much cheaper at checkout for the game sale! Another happy customer:)

JB Hi-Fi always has terrific range and service no matter where you go! I have visited the one both in Toowoomba and now in Brisbane and can be assured that the next one I visit will be the same. Always cheap range and wonderful atmosphere.

How friendly the staff are. No matter how busy they are, they are still friendly and professional. Hats off to the staff.
