JB Hi-Fi Holmesglen

On Saturday 8th August 2020 I purchased a Sunbeam PU5201 Breakfast Essentials Pack but it was extremely nice of Phil to give it to me for $59 plus $6.95 delivery. The staff were kind to me and the service was wonderful.

Went in there feeling happy,left with anger!!!!
Bone Tomahawk wow!! such a great film i think im going to go buy the bluray version.
mind you im 25 with a full grown beard and have muscles for days. i walk to the register with the standard-"hi how are you how's your day, just that one, yes please, thank you".

I don’t usually let myself be talked into buying something that I don’t want, but the service, if it can be called that, was so lacklustre that I just gave in. When I entered, a really short middle-aged woman came up to me, right in my personal space, and said she liked my hair, then just stared at me silently for a bit, which was creepy. I then asked a young surly guy to show me which radios were the cheapest. He showed me and I asked him to show me how to use them, to turn them on so I could hear how they sounded, and he eventually agreed to play some music on one of the ones that I had already said I didn’t want. I asked him again to play me some music from the one that I did want but he refused. By this time I was getting hungry so I decided to just go with the one he had agreed to play for me. Visited this store on Saturday with my friend. Walked around the floor looking for someone to help us, but all staff neglected to acknowledge both us and another couple for a good 15 minutes, despite making eye contact several times. Both my friend and I were prepared to make purchases that day but instead we gave up and left disgusted by the complete lack of basic customer service.
