Wonderful service and customer care!

I was told that me headphones had a 2 year warranty if there was a problem and I had the receipt. After 6 months one of the speakers stopped working, but I had lost the receipt. After speaking with them they were happy to accept a bank statement as proof of purchase, no fuss, simply asked for the faulty headphones and handed me an identical pair.
