If I could, I would give a zero star. Came down looking for a microphone for my GoPro, spoke to three staff members who were not willing to help. And one lady told me to look for Rick, how would I know who’s rick, and she’s goes he’s a short guy and walks away. Was I just turned down because I wasnot there’s to spend a whole heaps of money? is this how you guys treat a customer, I was really p*ssed off amd walked away and never bother coming back. Ps. It wasnot busy either being Wednesday. Your customer service is horrible
Was sent to this store by the Telstra Shop as they were out of stock of phone I wished to purchase. I was looked after by Daniel and I couldn't be happier. I bought the phone and he set everything up for me and for once the usual "technology nightmare" was avoided.
If I ever need anything "Technological" taken care of again - Daniel will be my man!!!!
G'day everybody went into carindale jb hi if, returning something for the second time for repairs thought I'd be given grief about returning, but the service at the first counter was fantastic the young girl was lovely she asked me three times was I receiving customer service and followed up with stock room staff. Stock room staff were friendly and efficient and offered me a replacement product straight away. Andrew even opened the old CD player to get my CD out of the faulty CD player, gave me new warranty and was very helpful the whole time.
I really thought that I'd have to go in there and start shouting to get any sort of satisfaction and threaten never to shop here again! I was so surprised at the service these young people all offered. I'll definitely shop at jb hi if carindale for any electronics in the future.
