$80 was spent on a Microsoft gaming membership card. There was an issue with the code, so we went back to the store we purchased it from, as Microsoft had directed us.

My husband and son were then met by a manager, who was curt, extremely unhelpful and had disgusting customer service. He ordered my dad to give him an email address, any email address, and then proceeded to tell him that there was nothing else he could do and that HE WAS the store manager. Went into the store to replace a laptop that I have put up with enough as it has failed my daughter twice (still under manufacturer's warranty and under extended product care). My daughter is sitting her HSC this year and it is an absolute necessity for her to have a laptop at hand. The store advised me that under protocol they'll have to send it in for inspection to the manufacturer. We requested the manager if there's any way around the problem and mentioned to him that we were ready to purchase another laptop and if the cost of the first laptop c an be deducted from it. The manager quietly told us that it would not be possible. A little saddened but distraught, I asked the manager in line of conversation what do i tell my daughter when i get home and his reply was and i quote, "tell her to stick to pen and paper." Really big JB! Love coming to this one as they are the ones who are most likely to have something in stock. It's a huge store with everything – electrical, movies, sound systems, Apple products, cameras, blenders etc. and many of each product too. This is definitely my favourite one in the near vicinity. Nice and friendly staff too!

The jb hi fi at towers, they r very friendly and chative! Although their is this one guy in who works in the DVD section doesn't smile at all and won't offer an alternative to getting help from someone else ... He's like I donno ...

Attended many JBHIFI stores over the years and each time I go into one, the service has always been welcoming.

Came here to buy an SLR camera for my trip to the USA. Looked around and noticed there was a display with many to choose from. The sale member did however ask me for what the needs were and was able to show me some good cameras to suit.

Ended up walking out with a brand new NIKON with a twin lens kit. Very happy with the service and will come back to this store any day.
