Jb Hi-fi

What can l say? Today l went to jb hi fi chadstone to replace my mobile charger as it has been playing up...
Eliot the sale's representative went beyond any customer service l have witnessed before. Straight away he went directly through the motions replaced my charger... And a happy jb hi fi customer (me) will continue making my purchases at this store. No oohs and aah... Just direct customer service ship. Thank you Eliot. My phone is back to charging as per normal. A job we'll well done.

Bought a computer from this place sometime ago and go a great deal, they had the best prices of all the stores and the staff and manger were very helpful, i was thinking twice to buy it but i finally did when they offered me a great deal, looking back i'm happy i did and this store is certainly a place i would highly recommend to other smart shoppers!

A huge store but not many staff around when help is needed. Service varies depending on the staff. I have witnesses an extremely rude service that made me horrified, where thankfully, the customer had a sense to walked away instead of engaging.

Whilst the product range might be large, the customer service was shocking. I couldn't find anyone to help me locate a product and once I eventually found it myself, I had to stand in the queue to pay for 10 minutes (there was only 1 other person in front of me) as there were only 2 people serving. I ended up putting my item down and walking out as the one person in front of me in the queue was talking to a staff member that only whinged and brought down a brand of product he didn't like.

It is not always easy to find a staff member on the floor to help with sales enquiries, however JB HiFi are extremely well priced, particularly during sales. I am yet to find another store with lower prices on DVD sets featuring television series seasons. I would not say that JB HiFi in Chadstone are the best store I have visited within the franchise chain, but the reliability on pricings is to be commended.
