JB Hi-Fi

Staff are rude, they chat amongst themselves behind the counter when you go to get served. I'm usually waiting there for a while till one of then acknowledges my existence and says 'next', without even an apology for keeping people in line waiting. The staff are quite pretentious and need a good lesson in customer service

The service here is terrible, or should I say non existent. The store has a good range of products but unfortunately it is very difficult to get served. When you do manage to get some service the staff are usually knowledgable but the products are often over priced.

I cannot reccommend JB Hi-Fi in Kotara high enough. The service from this store is fantastic. They offer great deals and the staff are super friendly. They offer the best prices around and will match prices if need be.
