Went there this morning and asked first staff member I saw where particular item was likely to be. He just shrugged and said "Dunno" - no attempt to find anyone who might help. Certainly need some staff training. Naturally, I turned on my heel and spent my money elsewhere.

I bought the new pixel 2 phone online with delivery and then wanted to pick it up at the store. Dealt with a staff named Josh who went out of way to find one in stock and cancelled my online order and even threw a case cover in.

There is a guy named Dave was lying to me when I said I was going to complain about him for rudeness. He was sooooo afraid and told me his name is George. Although the store manager called me and apologied for him, but you have to watch yourself Dave, you will get your self into a lot of trouble for dishonesty. But overall, the store is good, I often go there.
