I went there to buy one of the last HUGE phillips tv's. A monster of a flatscreen, 80inch. It was the display model and it looked lovely, agreed to purchase and was slowly heading back to the counter when my wife stared at the screen and noticed a black dot in dead centre. She called me back and asked, was that a dead pixel? I looked closer (he vision was better than mine) and there was a large black dot (dead pixel) in the centre of the screen. it was horrible, they nearly sold me the biggest mistake of my life, the dead pixel was not covered by warranty and was not repairable. There is a duty of disclosure to discuss any defect known and the sales staff was irritated with my wife. What a dissappointment. nearly $7000 for a large screen with a black dot in the middle!
