Had the worst case of customer service ever today. If your looking for white goods hope to God you dont get served by James the "white goods coordinator " what a joke. I will never purchase anything from that store again. Absolute rubbish.

Ordered online for instore pickup at narre warren. Was told to wait for a manager (who never came). Waited 15mins before I was asked if someone had come to serve me and then they realised they could do it themselves. No apologies. All up 23 mins to pickup earphones that I couldn't get at my local jbhifi. Poor service :(

Worst customer service. jbhifi is just disgraceful towards customers and there tv tech is very rude and snoby they have no respect overall as the management staff and the tv tech are both inconsiderate staff

Staff generally helpful and knowledgeable. Go here most of the time for anything electrical, dvds etc.

Used the online store and received what I ordered within 72 hours
