JB Hi-Fi

Called up to check my e-gift card was legit that I had won. Spoke to manager was so short and rude said she can only do in store against a payment. Turns out was real and I spent it at Charlestown store because of her I checked myself online by making a purchase and canceling

This shop has fallen victim to the 'stock a little of everything' concept of retail. There is little in depth product knowledge and a quick price compare puts them amongst the most expensive. The shop is cluttered with meaningless 'sale' signs hanging everywhere. It's a most unsatisfying shopping experience.

Never experienced such terrible customer service in all my life from the management, no less. If you want the warranty of your purchase to be worth anything buy elsewhere. I wish I could put less stars on my review, awful.

Disappointing. My son went in yesterday to spend his Christmas money on an apple watch. The three staff members in the apple area ignored him and when they finally responded were not very helpful. He came home with his money in his pocket and is now going somewhere else to spend his money...perhaps they want his money.

I love JB Hi-Fi. the store at Westfield Tuggerah is quite large - located on the top floor, it has a HUGE range of cameras, mobile phones, navigation devices, headphones, laptops and tablets, CD's, Vinyl, DVD's, TV and other car and home entertainment. There are always plenty of staff about who are always helpful, from answering a tech question to looking up a new release DVD. I find the price are great in JB and they are always having sales and specials - I personally love the buy 2 get 1 free offer on DVD's. There is great signage in store so finding your way around/finding the section you want isn't hard, the hardest part is deciding what to buy :-)
