Unfortunately just had a most unpleasant interaction with salesperson Nicki at local Tweed Heads store. We’re seniors and not 100% literate with technology and was hoping for help but Nicki was too busy to speak politely- instead she used a condescending manner. We are regulars andhave always purchased locally - not today - instead we met Rory st Burleigh store would couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you - instead of purchase if one set of headphones , we bought 2 - loosers tweed heads. Nicki really need to develop people skills.
