I had the unfortunate experience of having our solar system installed by JC Electrical's . JC Electrical's wrote and thanked us for our $10,000. and then they took more than 6 months to install it after dozens of phone calls and a every excuse imaginable. One year later, we had a fault and when contacted, they advised that the company we had dealt with was no longer operating, even though we rang their number, they answered and I was speaking with exactly the same people. So much for a 5 year warranty ! I will never deal with JC Electrical, or any of their so-called "Divisions" again.
