I called JCR recently when my pc wouldn't start up. He was out within the hour and had it fixed and serviced within a few hours. Joran came out the same day and worked into the night to fix the problem, and went on to fix a few others, and all before flying OS the next day. He then took away my ancient computer and set me up with a new one and gave me good advice on getting the right printer. I would definitely recommend him.
Joran came out at night, took away my faulty machine and had me up and running again by the following afternoon. He also helped me set up a backup drive for my main computer which hadn't been backed up for ages. Joran is a total tech-head with a broad range of skills and services that go beyond simply fixing computers... just the sort of person I need to support my small, home-based business.
