Worst service ever, they took my car, changed their story 3 tines on what the problem was and charged me $400 to get it back to the state I took it to them in. I would NEVER go back here.

Brought my Mondeo from here used only done 55,000, six months later battery died. Rang them and they couldn't care less told not covered under my warranty so can't help unless I buy a battery. Asked what the phone number was for the roadside that came with the car and was told there was record of roadside assistance (offered/activated)when car was purchased, and then proceeded to end phone call stating they couldn't help.
Never again would I but or recommend these cowboys again.

Took my 2 thousand km ford ranger in with transmission badly slipping only to be told they need it for three days and told me to catch a taxi !!!! Wow it's a two week old $50k car and I've got to catch a taxi ? I live on the peninsula and would not have anything to do with this crowds service department they need to tell ford to make there quality control better and they wouldn't be so booked up

What a joke! Took our ford XR6 car in after it had been immobilised. They took 4 hours @ $165 per hour to tell us a pin had come out. No communication on how long they would have car it was me ringing them. When tow truck arrived initially they left us hanging on where to place car. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD. Never again ??????
