Hi I had Jeffrey Hills and associates provide a pest and building report for a new purchase in Qld and they have provided a copy paste report with no details. I requested amendment and they refused to provide any details. My suggestion would be to use someone else. I am not alone, this company is bad news.
I have used this company many times, I did have a level of trust in there ability as they had delivered in the past. A few years later, it is obvious management is running this business into the ground. There are plenty of bad reviews now online and from my experience they deserve every one of them. I had specific needs in my inspection, Jo in the office outlined what would and would not be done. I settled on this and trusted it would be completed. Upon receiving my report, it was missing vital parts that had been discussed and promised. I sent an email and also contacted the office, only to be made to feel like they didn't care. If this is how they treat there long term customers, what chance does a one off customer have??? I feel like they have ripped me off and offered no compromise on sorting this out. If you are looking for someone to take your money and underdeliver, these are your guys. Don't waste your hard earn't money on them.
