New owners Gareth and Nathan are lovely and experienced. Their service as a team is amazing and they offer an extensive range of aquatic life and everything needed to keep them happy and healthy.

My fish always die really quickly (after less then 10 days) when i buy gold fish from gems aquatics . Fish are not young. Fish at petstock up the top of belco are babies and have not died straight away on me

While the diversity of species available exceeds pet shops (expected from a specialist) and the staff initially keen to help, the information provided on fish communities, fish quality and after sales service were inaccurate and poor. After sales interest in the death of a pair of expensive fish purchased here (one in two days and the second in a week) was dismissive at best and 'Please go away, not our problem' was certainly written on the young mans face as he looked beyond my son and I for the next sale. Will not be supporting this business again, Pet Stock and Belco Pets are all with a few blocks and provide better service.
