have been waiting for this company to install a bi directional electricty meter for us after we installed solar panels. eventually someone came out after months of waiting without any warning (i was out and they could not get in as we have a locked gate, so had to rush home to let them in). he then informed me that as the electricity meter box had asbestos they couldn't do it, and someone would call me back. we never heard anything so phoned them and were told we needed to remove it. after speaking to my electrician he informed us that it is illegal for an electrician/property owner in Vic to remove an electricity meter (which was required to remove asbestos). after arguing with Jemena on the phone several times they finally agreed they were wrong and it was their responsibility. we waited more months of phone calls telling us we needed to contact our supplier to book in the job with them and other ridiculous/incorrect issues we are still waitng for them ...read more
