My child has been attending Jenny's Kindergaten and Early Learning for 18 months now. In that time she has increased her confidence and we thank the educators so much for this. The educators are always happy and friendly to everyone at the centre and very prompt to assist and offer their advice. My daughter loves the cooking at the centre and always eats all her lunch. The centre goes above and beyond with their learning programs especially with the Jolly Phonics, French program, and music programs. The facilities are always clean, neat and tidy.
The director has ended my daughters enrolment 23/12/2016 without any notice of two weeks. I was left stranded urgently looking for a new centre and had ask for the bond of 550 to be refunded as it is urgently needed. Now they refunded me of only 88 dollar 13/01/2017 out of the 550 bond
They have immediately took my daughter off and have been strict with two weeks in advance payment. Now to bond we not fully refunded . If they immediately cancelled her enrolment they should have the courtesy of refunding the right amount. Now I have complained to the director Esther but has given me too many excuses.
They are not attentive, not professional and do not listen to any querries. They will give you an impression of your kid having a very good time and eating all its meal but that is not true at all. I have checked my bubs poopy to confirm whether they are eating or not but these claims were not right. My bub do not like eating but they will say he is eating everything. My bub started to get unwell very often, it is very tired as well. So why making this statement. They do not cheer these kids in a professinal way, their education is close to zero apart from some arts and crafts. Kids are always tired and weak, not happy at all. Staff and director is not responsive to any issue raised to them. top floor rooms are very hot and the airconditioner is kind of not wroking as they said. And from talking to other parents they have been seeing this for years. The only reason we all continued that their opening and closing hours matches our schedule.
my child was in the 0-2 room from late 2015 to early 2016. For almost 2 months he would come home with bites in his arms every single week. their explanation is that other kids were having new teeth and that my child was not the only one affected. eventually they had an additional person shadowing the biters. It took them this long to do something about it. many parents left and they were only left with few kids in the room and were looking to fill the vacancies. This is an example of bad management of agressive behaviour. They had a couple of staff members that were really good (Tanya and another one who I cant remember) and look genuinly happy to see my child in the mornings. The others, including the room coordinator, were just kind of tolerating the kids and their job. My child would also come home with nappy rush in a number of occasions and noticed they provided food that I asked not to be given to my child. My child does not attend this centre anymore ...read more
