Inspected a property in May 2019, agent couldn't offer detailed information or answer questions sufficiently. Email follow ups - appalling manner. Also shared personal details with third parties without permission and did not apologise. Scummy business, we're looking at peoperty elsewhere purely based on the interactions with the real estate.
I am unimpressed with Jensen Property. They had some land listed in early November for 399000. In mid November, I had a valuer value the land at 450000. Thinking it was a bargain, I was ready to make an offer. In mid November, I left several messages for the agent but they never returned my call. I guess the agent was busy negotiating with another buyer. I notice that the property went under contract in late November. If Jensen Property kept their advertising up to date, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money obtaining a valuation.
We have been looking for a block of land to build our new house. Recently we inspected some land that Jensen Property currently has for sale in Chapel Hill. The agent was rude and abrupt, was unable to answer questions such as distance to schools and about comparable sales in the area.
