Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, which takes a more holistic approach to musculoskeletal health.

Osteopaths treat with a variety of different techniques, including soft tissue massage, stretching, mobilisation and manipulation - tailored specifically to each patient.

Dr Jessica Linnell (Osteopath) is a graduate of Victoria University and has a strong interest in sporting injuries, as well as neck pain and headaches. She is also a qualified sports trainer, and has worked extensively in football clubs and recently with Hockey Victoria in pre/post game injury management.
