Jessie's Pizza-hoppers Crossing

Has always been an average experience for me, but after today I won't be back. I tried calling ahead like I always do, when I got through they had a bad connection. I hung up to try again and they wouldn't pick up the phone so decided to just go down there. New staff on the front, I understand they are learning, so I was really patient, even when they kept getting my order wrong. I waited for the usual time, went in to get it, it's not ready, they told me 2 mins. Noticed the staff weren't picking up the ringing phone, all other customers were having issues with wrong orders with the new staff. They would also just leave the customer standing there to go get someone to help. finally got my order, as I took it he said excuse me you have to pay, even though I paid when I ordered. Just not impressed.
