Very approachable, knowledgeable and flexible, mostly mechanical service but building good retail support right on the Upfield line bike path at Union St. I've had a service and wheel truing on my carbon roadie and tricky oddball parts matched up on a vintage track bike project and Will was happy to cater for both jobs quite reasonably. The decor is low-fi, but who needs shop gloss when the quality of the parts is good to primo with new additions every time I drop in. Prices aren't displayed but don't let that stop you asking. I just picked up a new helmet there that equalled internet price without the wait.
