Jetset

Not recommend. Made a group booking with family members for a cruise and closer to departure date, queried why I still hadnt received my pre-cruise package. Once they started to investigate Jetset realised that they had failed to send in my final payment (which I had paid months before) to the cruise company, so our booking lapsed. By the time the error was realised the cruise was full and my brother and I had to sail on a different cruise than the rest of my family. They made every excuse they could think of instead of admitting it was their fault. In the end our flights were refunded, a new cruise paid for and on-board spending money given to us, (after solicitors were dragged in).
