I have had the most appaling experiences with Jetstar. firstly was the time the website kept change my booking to a month later than I had made it for. I finally after many tries was able to get the right date on the site but when I printed my booking, it had changed back to the following month. I rang and was assured tha in fact it was the date I wanted despite the paper work. On my outward journey i again checked at the airport and was told my return booking was when I wanted it. on my return flight, when I got to the airport, I was told the booking was for a month hence and I was obliged to pay for a full fare at obviously not bargain prices to get home as planned.
