Pros: very good friendly staff. Other gym goers also generally friendly. Never too crowded to find a workout, no huge waits for machines.
Cons: Bad music and it is very loud. You can turn your Ipod up to deafening levels and the annoying, distracting music they have going will still get through.
Also some of the weights only go up so high, like the curved barbell thing. In a month you might progress past to where it is useful to you. Free weights not a problem, they go up to heavy enough weight to accommodate very strong people.
On the whole one of the nicer gyms in the area.
