Very unprofessional. When someone has never played lotto before and does not know what to do, your first question should not be asking if they want to go into a syndicate. You weren’t busy, so you (the woman behind the counter) had ample time to explain how to play it. Instead you sold an $18 syndicate. Wondering if you get a bigger commission selling syndicates.
You can never get in touch with this place on the phone. The number on the website is not connected so I went into the shop and got their new number but they never ever answer this number either. Whenever I go away I have to go into the shop to cancel my paper but I still get billed for it. Then I have togo in tosort the mess out. They are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of their customers.
I can not get in contact with them at all. The number says it is not connected. This has been going on for 9 months. My mother passed last year and i advised the straight away in person but am still getting a bill. I have written too them Twice and advised them as well- just received another bill. I don't know what I need to do. I have given them my number and they did not ring so I thought that all was ok.
The current owners of Jetty news are an Irish family who are friendly helpful and very hard working. I have been in a few times to either do the lotto or buy a paper or birthday card. They always have a great selection of cards, and gifts too. It's greatly Sunday when the market is on, they Are open too, for an ice cream to cool down.
