Quote was very reasonable and he was ontime however It was a shame and very disappointing that John didn't show up on the day of the job. I had to call him to find out where he was only to find out that a family member was ill. That would've been perfectly fine for me, except for the fact that I had to call him to find out. Didn't trust him from then - not Professional enough for me.
