No service and extremely rude and condescending. Keep driving, don’t give them your money. Shame I actually had to give them a star

This place is convenient when traveling to or past the area but the reception you receive is always ill mannered and insulting. Each time they seem to find more ways to belittle and irritate their customers. So Nichols & Son, gIve it up guys and do everyone a huge favour. I would give -5 stars if that were possible.

Horrible service and horrible people. Ive been there 3 times during 2018, whilst driving through to Leongatha. Each time I've noticed an older bald man talking down to customers and being generally unkind. The latest on 28 Dec, an equally rude older woman and this man were hovering over some Chinese tourists, leering at them as though they shouldnt be there filling up. It made the tourists very uncomfortable, as though they were expected to steal petrol. I watched them pay and the woman attendant neither acknowledged them in a friendly manner nor did they thank them as they paid. In a town reliant on tourism id say it's time for these people to sell up and move back to the hills.
