Jigsaw has been going for the past 4 yeras but has only just arrived in Australia. It is run by Jonathan Ward who trained in London, under Gordon Ramsay. Jonathan spent 12 months at the Boxwood Cafe and at the 3 michelin star Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road restuarants. Jonathan has also worked at some other fine restuarants in and around England's Capital.
Jigsaw can cater for pretty much any style of food or diet. Wheather its a hot or cold buffet you require or canapes and a 5 course dinner, Jigsaw can do it.
