very poor bad bad bad service.bad job done by alisha & owner jill is so rude .dont waste ur money & time by going there find some other salon & they just charged you for nothing .not reccomending
Alysha is a very hard working hairdresser, working for 15 years, has been a colour technician for Keune and bent over backward for this client which was very difficult. This client was just trying to get a free colour and service... I do not recommend any other hairdressing salon to do this clients hair.
I got recommended to go to Jill's by my friend after having a bad experience at another salon. The girls at Jill's had a tough job of fixing my badly coloured hair but I couldn't of asked for a better colour, The girls that work at Jill's are very professional and are a really nice friendly bunch of people....
I will definitely be coming back :)
Absolutley terrible. I have been going here for years, literally since i was a little girl. I finally worked up the cash and got my hair extensions. The usual girl I go to wasnt on so i obviously had someone else do it... I figured she would be capable as shes working in Jills. I asked for a simple colour.. My hair went freaking green! they did a semi over it and it turned out sooo close to my natural colour, was a waste of $140 (after being quoted $100) l they had ordasity to charge me.. I got in the car and cried.. I would never go back to them again.
to anyoneI have been going to Jill's Hair Design for 6 years now i have always been very happy with what i have asked the young ladies to do as i have very thick hair they always made me look fantastic and the colour is always spot on i would highly recommend Jill's Hair Design
