We had contacted Jimboomba Turf to assist us with the replacement of Turf for a rental property as we were vacating. We spoke to Irene who had assisted us with the measurements, the preparation of laying the turf along with how to ensure it is taken care of and maximising the best outcome of this. Irene was amazing with the time frame to get this order completed along with the staff when I went and picked it up, the assisted me with ting it down on the ute as I had never done this before. Over all cold not fault the customer service, time to pick up and the overall end result was amazing and we got our bond back so thanks alot to irene and the team at Jimboomba turf will definatley be referring you guys on to our friends when they are finalisng there house andland packages.
We purchased Sir Walter turf and a decent amount that set us back $2400.
The grass was very poor quality and within a few weeks was covered with weeds and prickles.
We were unable to walk on it so we contacted Jimboomba Turf who came out and supplied us with (weed and feed),
that certainly did the job but our other complaint was that it was not Sir Walter Turf.
Our turf should be ripped up and replaced or refunded.
The grass we received is patchy, dead in areas and is pale green and brown looking.
Very Disappointed with this product,
We have purchased from another supplier to complete the back yard and the lawn is perfect.. Just as Sir Walter should look.
We will not purchase or recommend Jimboomba Turf to anyone.
