I walked into the albert street shop a couple of hours ago, there wasn't any customers around so I got seated immediately. The staff that did my hair was very unprofessional brat-like attitude. Staff started off asking what I was after, I was thinking loudly so I told staff I wanted a light trim or maybe a comb over fade. I was hoping to get staff's opinion on that matter but instead I was bombarded with a rant of how annoying customers like me are and how I should make my mind beforehand. Staff then proceeded to throw a magazine on my lap telling me that I can choose a hairstyle from it. Which I did. Staff started cutting my hair, mid way through staff started unplugging the sink in front of me. Sticking hand inside the drain and then continued working on my hair. I though we'll that doesn't seem sanitary but I was gonna shower afterwards anyway so I let it go. After staff finished up the haircut looked nothing like the picture staff showed me. ...read more
