Very happy with the service. Got a prompt response to initial enquiry, got a call to let me know they were on the way to my house, the issue I had was explained in a way I could understand and throughout the job the guys were pleasant and professional. Would recommend.
Very happy with installation of a new TV point in my lounge room. I called Jim's on a Friday and got a call back from contractor the same day. He gave me a morning appointment for the following Monday. Two lads turned up at the appointed time and did a fast efficient job for the originally quoted price. I'd left a message on a competitor's number weeks before and heard nothing back so I was really impressed with Jim's response and efficiency.
Dean came out and fixed the problem inside 45 minutes, replacing cabling and removing a 25 year old amplifier, as well as installing a new modern antenna. Replaced the old signal splitter too (needed for a dual occupancy unit), and the design (?) made us laugh. Helpful, good-humoured, efficient and reliable. Quiet note: if you are in a dual occupancy unit, mention this up front, as he may need to get into both roof spaces to fix the problem, so you may ned your neighbour to be home then.
