We paid $3,500 to have our lawn redone with old turf removed and new turf laid. The lawn was left extremely uneven and patchy, they then came out to attempt to rectify the issue by dumping one tonne of soil on top, this only worsened the problem and now we are left with uneven ground and dead and rotting grass underneath the soil. The customer service has been awful, they been extremely rude and dismissive and now unresponsive. Would never recommend Jim’s mowing for any job.
John turned up late (was meant to be fist thing and turned up at 3pm), was rude and agressive when asked about his timekeeping and then went on to deliver what I consider to be a shoddy job. My paths were left unswept and he gave me the impression that he didnt care less as he had 'plenty of other happy customers'. Wont use this guy again for what I thought was an easy task.
