Not for small customers. Agreed a time in morning for inspection and free quotes and i took leave from work to stay home to meet him. But he missed the appointment without any courtesy notice and did'nt return SMS/phone calls. Finally got him on SMS later in evening, but he mentioned arrogantly that he had a much bigger strata job elsewhere to attend to and my small home job is not important to him at all. He had totally no respect of other's time while chasing his big money job.
