I called Jim to replace a rubber coupling between the toilet & the sewer line. When he arrived this morning, we had just discovered the toilet was blocked.(Tree roots.) Jim cleared the blockage & then pulled the toilet out & went & bought a new coupling. He replaced the coupling & replaced the toilet. All of this took 2 hours. The price he charged was $100 less than I had been quoted without the blocked sewer. He also cleaned up. I have no hesitation in recommending Jim's Plumbing to any prospective customers.
I had an emergency plumbing issue and Jim came and sorted it out in 15 minutes! I have never had better, more professional service. The guy is a legend and I couldn't recommend him more. There are so many expensive dodgy rip off guys but not Jim, he is reasonable and good at what he does.
