Staying at Lake Crackenback for a week of skiing, we were looking for a top quality butcher to supply us with a standing rib roast for a 'Xmas in July' celebration. We weren't disappointed with this excellent butcher. The meats displayed all looked fresh and prices were reasonable. The rib roast was exceptional with just the right amount of fat and it was melt in the mouth tender. I can highly recommend this butchery and look forward to purchasing here again when next we're in the Snowy Mountains! Cath W.
