Self important condescending staff talk down to me everytime I go in have done for the last few years always smiled and rose above it but my visit was the final straw one pharmacist (wearing glasses) said who you talking too? Then sniggered after i said can I come back later to collect script as taking longer than expected and had an appointment. Then all assistants sniggered. Previously, I been have quizzed and interrogated for things that are none of their business and treated like a naughty child. I have also had nasty remarks about my health condition cause i take quite a few meds with comments like what's your problem this time!
I've come to hate this pharmacy.
The last 3 times I've got my scripts filled here their cocky, self-important staff have given me a hard time either about my scripts or the tablets I need to get.
The other week I dared filling my script a week early. Big mistake. The pharmacist was so rude and condescending, and I had to justify/argue why I needed my tablets (which were anti-depressants) a week early in front of other customers. I was so embarassed.
2nd time went to fill scripts, for some strange reason they started asking me about my tablets that I get from the hospital.. which a) I never asked them to fill and b) none of their business! They are my most local Chemist for Butler, but I try to avoid using the unless I have to, their prices are much higher than say Merriwa or Kinross.
The two times I gave been there the service is slow and assistants are not friendly, one time they did not have the prescription item I wanted, meaning a trip down to Merriwa, not good as I have run out of my medication.
A lot of room for improvement, they are never open late, amazed they are open Sunday!
